Delivery and returns
Parcels are delivered within 2-3 working days (within the UK) after the order has been received. All orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Rest of the World
We will deliver to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. You can check a postcode or address here - Post Office address finding service.
Delivery to certain destinations could be delayed due to remote locations. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations.
We have a no quibbles guarantee and if your delivery is damaged we will replace it. As our goods are perishable we are only able to offer this for 30 days after receipt of the order.
If you find a fault please get in contact with our customer services team by calling 01208 814 505 or by email email@example.com. We can then arrange for the goods to be returned and replaced.
You may cancel or amend an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping.
