Shipping & Returns

Parcels are delivered within 3-5 working days after the order has been received. All orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed the following Monday. 

As a family business, when the team are off on their holidays, we will add any impact to delivery times on our banner at top of our home page.

We will deliver to the address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. Delivery to certain destinations could be delayed due to remote locations. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations.

We only currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

What if my delivery is damaged?

We have a no quibbles guarantee and if your delivery is damaged we will replace it. As our goods are perishable we are only able to offer this for 30 days after receipt of the order.

If you find a fault please get in contact with our customer services team by calling 01208 814 505 or by email shop@buttermilk.co.uk. We can then arrange for the goods to be returned and replaced.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or amend an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Please contact shop@buttermilk.co.uk in order to do so.
