Shipping
As a small, family-run business, sometimes shipping will be delayed during peak periods or when the team are on annual leave. We will add any impact to delivery times on our banner at top of our home page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs £4.95 on all orders up to £39.99 or is FREE for orders over £40.
How long will my delivery take?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. All orders placed after 1pm Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
What if my delivery is damaged?
We have a no quibbles guarantee and if your delivery is damaged we will replace it. As our goods are perishable, we are only able to offer this for 30 days after receipt of the order. If you find a fault please get in contact with our customer services team by emailing shop@buttermilk.co.uk.
I haven't received my order. Where is it?
Please check your confirmation email for tracking links. If you've been waiting to receive your order longer than 7 business days then please contact us at shop@buttermilk.co.uk.
I received my order, but it's incorrect.
We do our very best to make sure your order is correct, but sometimes mistakes happen. Please contact us at shop@buttermilk.co.uk and we will be able to help correct your order.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our ambient products that need to be stored in specific conditions at a specific temperature, unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns. If you are unhappy with any part of your order, please do not hesitate to email shop@buttermilk.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or amend an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Please contact shop@buttermilk.co.uk. However, once it has been despatched we are unable to do so.
Note: We deliver to the address and post code as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. Delivery to certain destinations could be delayed due to remote locations. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations.
